UIG Watch Scanner : The World's First Patented Nanotechnology

TheUIG Watchis an innovative underground detection device engineered with advanced nanotechnology. It combinesthree integrated detection and imaging systemsto help locate buried precious metals, hidden treasures, archaeological relics, tunnels, caves, underground passages, and subsurface voids.

  • Live scan System

This system provides a rapid scan of the target site and directly identifies the shape of the buried target or void.

  • Wall Live Scan System

It is used for fast and direct searches for metals, voids, and ancient treasures behind the wall.

  • 3D Imaging Systems

Many innovative technical specifications have been recently introduced to this system.

Discover What the UIG Watch Detector Can Locate

The UIG Watch enables seamless exploration and detection of precious metals, treasures, archaeological artifacts, tunnels, passages, caves, and underground voids. It delivers precise scanning of ancient and historical walls to depths of 20 meters, with accurate depth measurements in meters and centimeters. NOTES

Professional ground scanners are designed to detect metals that have been buried for many years by identifying subtle changes in the surrounding environment caused by these metals.

These advanced detectors utilize a combination of technologies, including bio-energy interaction, ionization sensing, electromagnetic field detection, microprocessor-based analysis, detection of long-term soil disturbances, and sensor fusion. The longer a metal object remains buried, the stronger its ionization field and electromagnetic signature, making it easier to detect over time.

Recommended Testing Methods:

  • Field Testing at Historic Locations: Conduct tests in historically significant areas, such as old battlefields or archaeological zones (with proper authorization), where buried metals are known to exist.
  • Testing with Known Burials: Use areas like old farmlands or previous construction sites where metallic objects have been long buried.
  • Avoid Air or Fresh Soil Testing: Do not test with metals above ground or recently buried. These detectors are calibrated to detect ion fields that develop around long-buried metals—unlike standard hobby detectors.
  • Avoid Indoor Testing: Testing inside homes or buildings can lead to inaccurate results due to interference from electrical wiring and other structural elements.

UIG Watch Detector (GER Detect) FAQ

How deep can the UIG Watch detect?

The UIG Watch scans to a maximum depth of 20 meters underground, and gives depth readings in both meters and centimeters so you know how far down a target sits before you dig.

What can it actually detect?

Precious metals, treasures, archaeological artifacts, tunnels, passages, caves, and underground voids. It can also scan through walls and ancient structures to locate hidden cavities or metal behind them.

How much does it weigh?

Under 85 grams, it's built to be one of the lightest and most portable ground scanners on the market, small enough to carry discreetly.

What can it actually detect?

Precious metals, treasures, archaeological artifacts, tunnels, passages, caves, and underground voids. It can also scan through walls and ancient structures to locate hidden cavities or metal behind them.

How does the 3D imaging work?

The UIG Watch combines three separate scanning systems in one device:

  • Live Scan — a fast surface scan that identifies the shape of a buried target or void
  • Wall Live Scan — searches for metals, voids, and hidden items behind walls
  • 3D Imaging — builds a multi-angle image of the underground target for a clearer read before you dig

How long does the battery last?

Up to 12 hours per charge, which is enough for a full day of field work between charges.

Is it certified?

Yes. The UIG Watch carries CE certification (European standards) and ISO 9001 certification (international quality and manufacturing standards).

Do I need experience to use it?

No prior experience is required, but like any ground-imaging device there's a learning curve to reading the 3D scans accurately. We recommend practicing at a known site (see testing tips below) before relying on it for a real search.

Where's the best place to test it before a real hunt?

Test at a location with confirmed buried metal — an old farm field, a historic site (with permission), or a documented former construction site. Avoid testing with metal that's above ground or freshly buried, since the UIG Watch is calibrated to detect the ionization field that builds up around metal buried for a long time, not fresh signals. Indoor testing is also not recommended, since wiring and structural metal can interfere with readings.

Can it tell the difference between metal and an empty void?

Yes, the 3D imaging system is built to distinguish between solid metal targets and empty underground spaces (voids, tunnels, cavities), not just detect "something is there."

Is it waterproof?

No, it is not waterproof. Only water resistant, and we don't suggest you to use it while raining.

How is it different from a regular metal detector?

Standard hobby detectors are built to find near-surface metal (coins, jewelry, relics within inches to a couple feet). The UIG Watch is a long-range ground-imaging system built for much deeper detection (up to 20m) and can visualize what's underground in 3D rather than just producing a beep.
