At Metal Detectors Pro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on most products, each brand may have its own return and refund policy, which must be followed accordingly. Please review our general return and exchange guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

  • Merchandise must be unused, uninstalled, and in new, resalable condition with the original packaging.
  • You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns.
  • Return policy also applies to order cancellations made after shipping or if the delivery is refused.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs for buyer’s remorse are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
  • Free Shipping Orders: If your order was shipped under a free shipping promotion, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Store Credit Option: If you prefer, you may receive store credit instead of a refund, in which case no shipping charges will be deducted.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products covered under a manufacturer warranty for parts.
  • Products that have had the original packaging opened.
  • Items that have been removed from their original manufacturer’s packaging.

It is the customer's responsibility to return the merchandise in new resalable condition. Refunds are only issued after returned items have been received and inspected.

If a returned item gets damaged during transportation, it is the customer's responsibility to file the claim with the carrier. No refund can be issued in this case.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product (out of the box) or an incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for an exchange. We will cover the return shipping costs.

Bundled Items

Any bundled accessories must be returned in new condition with the main product. If a bundled item has been opened or used, a 15% restocking fee will apply to that item’s price.

How to Process a Return

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email info@metaldetectorspro.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions – Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) ID if required.
  3. Ship Your Item – Securely pack the item and send it back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
