Vertex Warranty and Maintenance

1. Warranty Period


Vertex Detectors GmbH provides a warranty period of (Two Years) for all metal detectors, starting from the purchase
date recorded on the original invoice issued by an authorized distributor.


2. Warranty Coverage


The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts due to manufacturing defects or material faults at no cost
to the customer during the warranty period, subject to the conditions outlined below.


3. Screen and Electronic Components Warranty


The warranty includes repair or replacement of the screen and electronic components in the following cases:

– Manufacturing defects that affect performance, such as unusual spots on the screen or backlight issues.
– Malfunctions in electronic circuits or internal systems due to manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
• Drops, breakage, or exposure to liquids.
• Using the device in unsuitable environments, such as high humidity or extreme temperatures.
• Tampering with internal components, attempting repairs, or opening the device by unauthorized parties, as
this will completely void the warranty.


4. Cases Not Covered by Warranty


The warranty does not cover malfunctions or damage resulting from:
• Improper use or negligence, such as exposure to strong impacts or incorrect usage.
• Opening the device or attempting repairs by unauthorized individuals, which will result in the complete loss of
warranty coverage.
• Natural disasters such as floods, fires, or lightning strikes.
• Using the device in ways that exceed the guidelines outlined in the user manual.
• Damage caused by the use of non-original or unauthorized batteries and accessories.


5. Warranty Claim Procedure


If you encounter an issue covered by the warranty, please follow these steps:

1. Contact customer service via email us to info@metaldetectorspro.com.
2. Provide the original invoice as proof of purchase date.
3. Send the device to an authorized service centre after coordinating with the technical support team.

6. Replacement and Repair Policy


• Vertex Detectors GmbH reserves the right to repair the malfunction or replace the defective part with a new or
refurbished part of the same quality.
• If the original part is unavailable, it will be replaced with a similar part of equivalent performance.
• Repairing or replacing any part does not extend the original warranty period.


7. Battery and Accessories Warranty


• The warranty covers batteries and other accessories (such as chargers, headphones, cables, and controllers) in
accordance with the specific warranty policy for each product.
• The warranty coverage for accessories may differ from that of the main device, so please check the details at the time of purchase.


8. General Provisions


• Vertex Detectors GmbH reserves the right to modify the warranty terms without prior notice.
• The warranty is not a comprehensive insurance policy against all malfunctions but rather a guarantee of
manufacturing quality only.
• All warranty cases are subject to local laws and regulations.
